Using TAGGY
Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms govern use of the TAGGY Discord bot, fishing and dish washing games and TAGGY dashboard. TAGGY is operated by kli, Switzerland ("we", "us" or "our"). Contact us at zzzzzworks@gmail.com.
1. Acceptance and age
By adding or using TAGGY, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you act for a server, community or organization, you must have authority to do so. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement, which is at least thirteen and may be higher in your country. Where needed, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and applicable platform rules. Roblox's terms apply when using its verification features. These terms do not override platform rules or mandatory legal rights.
2. Features
TAGGY provides configurable server tools, including roles, welcome messages, embeds, announcements, ranks and teams, partner updates, giveaways, verification, DM-based tickets, channel messaging, logs and automated security. Fishing and dish washing are available through Discord slash commands and supported app-install contexts, including DMs where Discord permits it.
Feature availability depends on configuration, Discord permissions, installation context, connectivity and service limits. Default presets can be customized by authorized administrators. Individual features may change as TAGGY develops.
3. Permissions and dashboard access
Install TAGGY only in servers you are authorized to manage. Grant only permissions needed for the features you use, check the bot's role position, and review settings before enabling or changing features. Removing permissions can prevent messaging, verification, security actions or transcript cleanup.
Dashboard sign-in uses your Discord identity. Server owners, members with the relevant management permissions and designated server managers can access their server's dashboard. Access to particular channels and actions depends on additional permission checks. Keep your Discord account and dashboard session secure and report unexpected access.
The TAGGY operator has a separate console for all servers where TAGGY is installed and for the bot's own DM conversations. This access is limited by the bot's Discord permissions and is used to operate, support and secure TAGGY. It is separate from the operator's member role or command permissions in any individual server.
Server administrators are responsible for their own staff access, role mappings, ticket questions, public messages, verification requirements and settings. They must tell members how server-specific automated moderation and ticket handling work and give them an appropriate way to contact staff.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use TAGGY to break the law or platform rules, infringe rights, harass or threaten people, raid servers, spam, distribute malicious or unlawful content, impersonate people or services, or gain unauthorized access. Do not evade permission checks, rate limits, blocks or other platform safeguards.
Send bot DMs only with the recipient's explicit permission and for purposes relevant to TAGGY's functionality, such as requested support. Do not use messaging tools for unsolicited advertising, marketing or repeated unwanted contact. Bot-authored messages must not deceptively imply they were written by another person or organization.
Do not request passwords, user account tokens, financial or health information, or other highly sensitive personal information through TAGGY. Community staff applications are for voluntary server roles; TAGGY and Discord API data must not be used for employment, housing, insurance, credit or similar real-world eligibility decisions.
Do not sell Discord API data, scrape conversations, build unrelated user profiles or use message content to train AI models. Report suspected misuse to zzzzzworks@gmail.com.
5. Moderation and security
Configured protections can act automatically on join bursts, spam, excessive mentions, destructive audit-log activity and messages in a honeypot channel. Depending on the rule and available permissions, TAGGY may delete messages, time out members, kick users or remove manageable dangerous roles. Actions and alerts can be recorded in server logs and the operator dashboard.
These rules can mistake legitimate activity for abuse. TAGGY does not guarantee prevention of every raid, recovery of deleted content, or reversal of every action. Server staff must review alerts, tune thresholds and handle appeals. Contact server staff to appeal a server moderation action; contact kli to report a problem with TAGGY.
Manual moderation and security settings can affect other people and server content. Authorized users are responsible for their decisions and must use these features within their authority and applicable rules.
6. Tickets and messaging
Opening a ticket starts a conversation with TAGGY in DMs and creates a private staff channel in the relevant server. Messages, questionnaire answers and supported attachments are relayed between you and that server's ticket staff. The conversation is available to authorized staff and TAGGY's operator as described in the Privacy Policy.
Authorized dashboard users and staff can send messages as TAGGY. Those messages are delivered by the bot account. File, image, GIF and video delivery depends on Discord's permissions and limits; where website uploads are unavailable, use Discord's ticket channel or bot DM conversation.
Closing a ticket can generate a staff transcript. Administrators can delete closed ticket channels and customize deletion reminders. Closing or deleting a channel does not automatically erase every saved answer, log, DM or staff copy. See the retention details and contact us for a data deletion request.
Delivery and replies depend on user DM settings, channel access and service availability. TAGGY is not an emergency service and does not guarantee a staff response time. Staff applications do not guarantee acceptance or any paid position.
7. Verification
Servers can use simple Discord verification or optional Roblox account verification, with a configured Roblox group requirement where relevant. Verification can assign roles and enable server access. Server staff are responsible for choosing appropriate requirements and role permissions.
A saved verification identity may be reused across servers that use TAGGY, subject to each receiving server's requirements. Verification confirms only the relevant account or configured requirement; it does not establish a person's real-world identity, age or trustworthiness. Do not verify accounts you do not control or submit misleading information.
You can unlink a Roblox account or request deletion using the options described in the Privacy Policy. Removing a link can affect access to features or server roles that depend on it.
8. Games
Dish washing is an entertainment game with clean dishes, washers, kitchens, upgrades, coins, XP, challenges, daily rewards and rankings. Its progress follows your Discord account across supported servers and DMs. Replies are visible to people who can access the conversation; rankings may show your Discord ID or mention and cleaning totals. Dish washing coins, equipment and rewards have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money or real-world prizes. Its currency is separate from fishing currency.
Fishing is an entertainment game with catches, collections, equipment, coins, XP, quests, daily rewards and rankings. Progress is linked to your Discord account and shared across supported servers and DMs. Fishing responses are visible to people who can access the conversation, and profiles or leaderboard entries can show your game statistics.
Fishing coins, fish and other game items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money or real-world prizes. The game does not provide real-money betting. Selling fish in the game awards virtual coins only.
Rarity, rewards and progression can be adjusted. Catches are random and a particular fish is not guaranteed after a set number of attempts. Do not automate, exploit or manipulate either game or its leaderboards. We may correct progress affected by bugs or abuse. Equipment and progress depend on continued service availability and are not guaranteed to be permanently preserved.
9. Giveaways
Giveaway organizers are responsible for lawful rules, eligibility, prize descriptions, winner selection and prize delivery. TAGGY runs the requested giveaway workflow and does not provide or guarantee the prize.
Clearly disclose any manual or non-random selection method. Do not present a predetermined or manipulated outcome as random. Ending, rerolling or otherwise changing a giveaway must be consistent with its disclosed rules and applicable law.
10. Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give kli permission to process, store, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to deliver TAGGY's features, provide support, maintain security and meet applicable legal requirements. You must have the right to send or upload the content and are responsible for it.
The Privacy Policy explains data processing, operator and staff access, retention and requests for access, correction or deletion. Use of a feature does not authorize unrelated advertising, publication of private content or uses prohibited by law or platform rules.
11. Availability and liability
TAGGY is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, permanent availability or compatibility with every platform change. Platform outages, permission changes, service limits or storage failures can affect features and records.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of TAGGY. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Ending use and changes
We may limit or suspend use for abuse, security risks, violations of these terms or platform rules, legal requirements, or necessary service maintenance. Where appropriate, contact us to request review. Features may be changed or discontinued; we provide notice where required by law.
You may stop using TAGGY, sign out, revoke an app authorization or, if authorized, remove the bot from a server. This does not automatically delete stored personal records. You can request deletion through zzzzzworks@gmail.com.
Updated terms are published here with a revised date. For material changes, we provide additional notice or request acceptance where required. Continued use indicates acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory laws, consumer protections and legal rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
